By accessing or using the website located at concretepalmsprings.com (the "Site") or by engaging Palm Springs Concrete ("we," "us," or "our") for any concrete contracting services, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Services include but are not limited to concrete driveway installation, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk installation, garage floor work, decorative concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, steps, slab foundations, foundation installation, parking lot construction, footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to site assessment, permit requirements, material availability, and weather conditions.Palm Springs Concrete reserves the right to decline or discontinue a project at its discretion if site conditions are found to be unsafe or outside the scope of the agreed work.
All written estimates provided by Palm Springs Concrete are based on information available at the time of the site visit and reflect the scope of work described. Estimates are not binding contracts until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
The final project cost may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is accepted - such as discovery of unexpected site conditions, customer-requested additions, or changes to materials. Any changes to scope will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work is performed, and additional costs will require customer approval.
Prices listed in estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued, subject to material cost changes beyond our control.Palm Springs Concrete will notify the customer in writing if material costs change significantly before work begins.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit approval timelines, material delivery, or prior project completion. Palm Springs Concrete will communicate schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project after signing a written agreement, please contact us as soon as possible. If materials have been ordered or work has already begun, cancellation may be subject to costs already incurred. These costs will be communicated to you in writing.
Palm Springs Concrete reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that could compromise the quality of the concrete installation, including extreme heat, rain, or other conditions that are outside acceptable parameters for concrete work.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified in the written agreement.
We do not require full payment upfront. If a contractor requests full payment before work begins, that is not our standard practice. Accepted payment methods are specified in your project agreement.
Invoices not paid within the terms specified in the project agreement may be subject to a late fee. Palm Springs Concrete reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work on any project with outstanding unpaid balances.
Palm Springs Concrete obtains all required building permits for projects that require them under applicable local and state regulations. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be included in or added to the project estimate.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary HOA approvals before work begins. Palm Springs Concrete is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from a customer's failure to secure required HOA approvals in advance.
Palm Springs Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with applicable industry standards. Any specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are outlined in the individual project agreement.
Concrete is a natural material and hairline cracking over time is a normal characteristic, not a defect. Warranty claims will not cover cracking caused by soil movement, improper customer maintenance, overloading, or events beyond our control such as seismic activity or flooding.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or any services provided will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to that claim.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project requirements. You are responsible for clearing the work area of vehicles, furniture, and other obstructions before the scheduled work date, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
